You’ve seen it on television programs especially those on HGTV, where designers stage homes to produce the highest possible sale price when homeowners go to sell.
Rose Sweet is an interior designer who stages houses for sellers who want to get the best price for their treasured homes.
Rose, who currently lives and works in the Capital Region, earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Interior & Furniture Design from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut.
She won first place in the Parade of Homes in Louisville, Kentucky, where she was featured in Tribune magazine.
With 25 years of experience, Rose makes interior spaces functional, beautiful and aesthetically pleasing to any potential homebuyer. Rose’s goal is to utilize furniture and accessories that a homeowner already has by re-purposing, re-designing and re-locating in order to maximize the appeal of the space. As an interior designer, Rose also offers additional design services.
Rose can turn a house into a home for the most discerning buyer. And for the seller, she turns that same house into a sale.
